First and foremost, let me thank you from the bottom of my heart for being here. I want to start by saying that I would be on this journey regardless of if this website existed or not. The point of this journey is not to share it. The journey is for me. The presentation of the journey is for all of you who care to listen. The point of sharing this experience with the world is because I hope what I learn and develop along the way can help people just like you. I want to encourage and support you in your pursuit of those things which you think are too hard, too time-consuming, out of reach, or only for a select few. From this site, I’ll be talking pretty strictly about the financial aspects of my journey. What is that journey? The goal is to create $1,000,000 worth of assets and to be cashflow positive through passive income. These things cover two aspects of my life that I want to be secure in. I want a healthy retirement. That is “covered” by the million. I also want the ability to start and work on projects, like this one, if I so choose. That is covered by the freedom offered with a passive income.
What is the point of sharing this journey? I hope to share what I learn about how to grow wealth. A secure financial life does not make one happy but opens doors and opportunities. The process of this phenomenon, of building a fulfilling and joyful life, I’d like to share. Lastly, and most importantly, how to develop and maintain deep, meaningful relationships. Through these areas of focus, I hope to share lessons I have learned so that you can improve what you wish in your own life. While this site will focus on the overall journey and financial aspects of “A Quick Million,” feel free to check out criticalrevival.wordpress.com. That website will focus on some of the more academic or philosophical approaches to this project. I sincerely hope to provide information that is both novel and useful, and I hope that you are there to learn and grow with me.
